On the fifth day of competition since the Games started on November 12, Macau won a bronze medal in Womens 4 x 400 Relay on November 15 and one gold one silver in swimming on November 16. These three glories has increased Macaus medals to two gold, five silver and five bronze in total as per the evening on November 16.
Good news came from the swimming pool. Victor Wong Wing Cheung broke Macaus record in the time 24.11 and won a second gold medal for Macau in 50m butterfly. The silver is brought by the result 1:42:20 in Mens 4 x 50m Medley Relay, of which the first swimmer Lei Chi Ion broke Macaus record with 27.07 in backstroke part. Others continued to perform well in the swimming pool. Che Lok Man and Fong Man Wai finished Womens 100m freestyle with 1:02:86 and 1:01:46. Lao Kuan Fong with 51.67 in Mens 100m freestyle and Antonio Tong in 2:10:24 in Mens 200m backstroke.
November 16 was a day of training of Macau aerobic team, yet they gave a performance show to celebrate the commence of the aerobic event. Kok Chou Mui, Fong Hoi Kei and Lei Ying Ching will represent Macau in the trios today. Macau boxer Lei Wai Un regreted to withdraw from the 71kg Wai-Kru scheduled on November 16 due to serious injury.
