After the draw of Lots for Muay event was held at 10:00 Thailand time on November 13, competition started at 16:00 in Phuket Thailand. Macaus boxers went through all necessary trainings in the past two days to familiarize themselves to the venue. Macau Muay team attended a meeting presided over by the Chairman of Asian Amateur Muay Art Association, Santipharp Intarapharu. Competition and scoring regulations were explained in the meeting, followed by a demonstration of Wai-Kru by Thai athletes.
