Lin Yi, Long Fazhong, Zhou Jiawei and Zhang Fangqiang, from China, won the Men Medley Relay 4 x 100m Final in 3:37.85 against Kazakhstan.
As for Macau China team Antonio Tong, Wai Ma Chan, Victor Wong and Fong Lao struggled until 400 meters and then after a phenomenal recovery finished in third bringing another bronze medal for Macau. In Women Medley Relay 4 x 100m Final Hong Kong China clearly lead from the start winning easily the Gold medal. The main adversaries were Korea (4:10.74) with Silver medal and China (4:12.72) that took the Bronze.
After a seven day event Short Course Swimming (25m) Hong Kong takes home 11 Gold medals, 5 Silver and 6 Bronze, while China won 9 Gold, 5 Silver and 7 Bronze, Thailand 4 Gold, 3 Silver and 5 Bronze, and finally Kazakhstan with 2 Gold, 9 Silver and 4 Bronze.
