Approaching to the opening of the 2nd Asian Indoor Games, Macao Catholic Diocese will organize a Blessing Ceremony for the 2nd Asian Indoor Games at the Igreja de São Domingos at Rua de S. Domingos tomorrow afternoon (6 Oct) from 4:00pm to 4:30pm. The ceremony will be performed with traditional religious rites. Bishop of Macao, D. JoséLai will lead the staff of MAIGOC, volunteers and counterparts of the Games including Official Partners of the 2AIG for success. Public is welcomed to join in prayers to support this great sport event in Macao.
The 2nd Asian Indoor Games will be hosted in Macao China, from 26 Oct to 3 Nov. In 2005, the Catholic church has also organized Blessing Ceremonies before the 4th East Asian Games opening, to pray for the smooth operation of the Games.
