On the 29th of June, Macao delegates participated in four meetings while attending the Olympic Committee of Asia General Assembly in Doha.
Manuel Silvério, 1st Vice President of Macau Olympic Committee, and standby Chairman of Macau 2007, 2nd Asian Indoor Games, along with the Sports Director of the Macau Olympic Committee, Wallis O presented the proposed arrangements for the Macau 2007, 2nd Asian Indoor Games at the Sports Committee Meeting. During this meeting, the representatives of Chang Chun, China and the Olympic Committee of Thailand also presented to the Committee the preparations to date for the 2007 Winter Asian Games and the 2005 1st Asian Indoor Games respectively.
In addition, Manuel Silvério attended the Treasury Committee Meeting of the Asian Olympic Committee. He heard the report by the OCA Treasurer, and the presentation and consequent approval of the Audited Statement of Accounts for the year 2003. Wallis O also attended the Women Committee Meeting.
Isabel da Silva, Media Director of the Macau Olympic Committee, attended the Media Committee Meeting and delegate member, Chau Ka Lai, standing in for Cheong Vai Kei, attended the Education and Culture Committee Meeting. Discussions included the Asian region development of sport and plans for further cooperation.
